采用CAE技术软件中moldflow模块对注塑成型过程进行分析模拟,包括充填、流动、保压、冷却等各个方面,获得了最佳浇口位置、熔接痕位置、困气、流动时间、压力和温度分布的准确信息。直观地预计产品在注塑生产过程中可能出现的问题,并通过分析问题产生的原因和影响因素,优化了注塑工艺参数,这对于提高塑件制品质量、缩短生产周期、提高模具设计水平等都具有重要的指导意义。
Optimization of Injection Mold Design and CAE Analysis
By using moldflow module of CAE technology software,we analyze and simulate the injection molding process,including all aspects of the filling,flowing,packing,cooling and so on,to obtain the best gate location,the location of the weld line,air traps,flowing time,pressure and the accurate information of temperature distribution.The problems during injection molding can be forcaseted and the molding process parameters can be optimized by analyzing the reasons and influence factors.It is significant to improve the plastic parts products quality,shorten the production cycle and improve the mold design level.
