摘要
分析了数控机床螺距误差产生的原因及误差补偿原理,利用模糊神经网络方法针对SINU-MER IK 810D/840D数控系统,详细介绍了螺距误差补偿相关的机床参数、系统变量、补偿方法与步骤。最后,介绍了螺距误差补偿应用的范围。
Abstract
The cause of pitch error of CNC machine tools and the principle of error compensation were analyzed.The method and steps of pitch error compensation with SINUMER IK 810D /840D CNC system were introduced.The application scope of pitch error compensation was introduced.
