超声抛光系统中磁阀式可控电抗器仿真

针对目前超声换能器输出电压电流存在相位差、无功损耗过大等问题,提出解决方案,简述了压电换能器和磁阀式可控电抗器(MVCR)的结构,分析了可控电抗器的工作原理并推导出磁阀式可控电抗器的数学模型及其等效电路。然后应用MATLAB/simulink软件,依据得到的等效电路搭建带有磁阀式可控电抗器的压电换能器仿真模型,并进行了仿真,得到了良好的补偿效果。
The Simulation of Magnetic-Valve Controllable Reactor in the Ultrasonic Machining System
We put forward solutions to the problem of the phase difference existed between output voltage and current of the ultrasonic transducer and presented the basic structure of the piezoelectric transducer and Magnetic Valve Controllable Reactor(MVCR).The equal circuit equations and the mathematical model of the Magnetic Valve Controllable Reactor were got as well as the operating principles of controllable reactor were analyzed.We used the software of MATLAB/simulink to construct the emulation model of piezoelectric transducer with MVCR according the equal circuit emulations and the simulating.The results showed that compensation effects were good.
