通过单因素实验法及极差分析法,对微孔发泡注塑成型工艺参数中的四个参数:熔体温度、注射时间、发泡率和气体含量进行实验研究。针对成型试样断面中微孔形态,通过大量的实验及分析,最终得到微孔发泡注塑成型工艺参数对微孔形态影响的规律和程度。
Investigation of Parameters Relevant to Microcellular Foam Injection Molding
In the process of microcellular foam injection molding,four experimental parameters(melt temperature,Injection time,foaming capacity and gas content) were changed by single factor experiment method to investigate the influencing factors' influence on bubbles' morphology.A lot of experiments were made to investigate bubbles' morphology in the fracture surface of sample.The rules and effect of the parameters' influence were obtained.
