Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of Ancient Book Database in Public Libraries in China
This article uses online survey method to investigate the problems and countermeasures of the construction of ancient book databases in public libraries in China.The research results indicate that the overall quality of the sample libraries'ancient book databases is not high,the content of the ancient book databases is not sound,and the functions of the ancient book databases are not perfect.To improve the quality of ancient book database services in public libraries,they should adopt comprehensive cooperation measures to enhance the supply capacity of ancient book database services,reconstruct the content system of ancient book databases,and enrich the functions of ancient book databases with the help of digital humanities technology.
