Analysis on the Coupling Coordinated Evolution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Government Data Opening and Digital Economy:Empirical Analysis Based on 9 Provinces and Cities in Eastern China
In the digital era,the openness of government data and the digital economy have become the core elements and powerful driving forces for high-quality digital development.It is of great practical significance to study the deep level coupling development relationship between the two and explore the key factors affecting their coupling coordinated development combining the theory of coupling coordination models.Based on panel data from 9 provinces and cities in eastern China from 2018 to 2021,this article calculates the level of government data opening and digital economy development,and explores the spatiotemporal coupling coordinated evolution characteristics and influencing factors between the two.The results indicate that the level of government data opening and the development of the digital economy shows a fluctuating upward trend,and the overall degree of coupling coordination is continuously increasing,but the overall degree is not high.The coordination degree of each province and city fluctuates slightly,and the overall coupling coordination type has transformed from near imbalance to barely coordination.The coupling coordinated development is affected by the basic layer of government data opening,industrial digitization,data layer of government data opening,telecommunications and communication capabilities,and digital industrialization.
