Clinical Application of Auricular Pressure Seed Combined with Intravenous Analgesia in Lower Extremity Orthopedic Surgery
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of auricular pressure seed combined with intravenous analgesia in lower extremity orthopedic surgery. Methods 54 cases of lower limb orthopedic surgery patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each with 27 cases. The control group was treated with controlled intravenous analgesia, and the experimental group was treated with auricular pressure seed combined with intravenous analgesia. Results The pain intolerance rate (7.41%) in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (25.93%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group (3.70%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (14.81%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular pressure seed combined with intravenous analgesia can achieve good analgesic effect in lower limb orthopedic surgery, and patients' satisfaction with treatment will continue to rise with less adverse reactions. Therefore, this method can be widely promoted in lower limb orthopedic surgery.
