摘要
目的 分析耳穴压籽法联合静脉镇痛在下肢骨科手术的临床应用效果.方法 选取2017年10月—2018年10月于该院收治的54例下肢骨科手术患者作为研究对象, 将其随机均分成对照组与实验组, 各27例.对照组进行静脉自控镇痛, 实验组运用耳穴压籽法联合静脉镇痛, 对比两组的疼痛难忍率与不良反应发生率.结果 实验组的疼痛难忍率 (7.41％) 显著低于对照组 (25.93％), 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05), 实验组的不良反应发生率 (3.70％) 明显低于对照组 (14.81％), 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论 耳穴压籽法联合静脉镇痛在下肢骨科手术中能达到良好的镇痛效果, 患者的治疗满意度会不断上升, 产生较少的不良反应, 因此, 此种方法可以在下肢骨科手术中被广泛推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of auricular pressure seed combined with intravenous analgesia in lower extremity orthopedic surgery. Methods 54 cases of lower limb orthopedic surgery patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each with 27 cases.The control group was treated with controlled intravenous analgesia, and the experimental group was treated with auricular pressure seed combined with intravenous analgesia. Results The pain intolerance rate (7.41％) in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (25.93％), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group (3.70％) was significantly lower than that in the control group (14.81％), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular pressure seed combined with intravenous analgesia can achieve good analgesic effect in lower limb orthopedic surgery, and patients' satisfaction with treatment will continue to rise with less adverse reactions. Therefore, this method can be widely promoted in lower limb orthopedic surgery.
