摘要
目的 探讨护理干预在糖尿病足合并精神分裂症患者中的应用价值.方法 择取该院2017年1月—2019年1月时间段内诊疗的80例糖尿病足合并精神分裂症患者, 随机分为参照组 (n=40, 常规护理干预) 、干预组 (n=40, 综合性护理干预) .比较患者血糖水平和心理状况.结果 干预组血糖水平、心理状况显著优于参照组, 各数据间比较差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论 针对糖尿病足合并精神分裂症患者, 综合性护理干预措施的举措, 不仅可降低患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖, 还可显著改善其心理状况, 值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of nursing intervention in patients with diabetic foot complicated with schizophrenia. Methods 80 patients with diabetic foot complicated with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.01 were randomly divided into the reference group (n=40, routine nursing intervention) and the intervention group (n=40, comprehensive nursing intervention). Compare the patients' blood sugar level and psychological status. Results The blood glucose level and psychological status of the intervention group were significantly better than the control group, and the comparison between the data was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with diabetic foot combined with schizophrenia, comprehensive nursing intervention measures can not only reduce the patients' fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose, but also significantly improve their psychological status, worthy of promotion.
