Clinical Study on 82 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated by Warm Acupuncture Therapy in Early Senile Patients
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of warm acupuncture therapy in the treatment of early aged knee osteoarthritis. Methods Random will pick between January 2017 and December 2018 in our hospital in the early knee osteoarthritis, 82 cases of elderly patients as observation object, according to the different treatments to patients divided into drugs and acupuncture group, compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect and function of the knee joint HSS score, VAS pain score, explore the wen acupuncture therapy to treat the clinical value of early senile knee joint osteoarthritis. Results The effective rate of acupuncture and moxibustion group was significantly better than that of drug group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In addition, the HSS score of knee joint function in the drug group was lower than that in the acupuncture and moxibustion group, and the HSS score of knee joint function in the acupuncture and moxibustion group decreased more before and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion in clinical early elderly more significant effect of the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, uneven unclog the meridian and temperature under the effect of cold, still can alleviate pain in patients with symptoms, improve patient quality of life, to speed up the elimination of patients with clinical symptoms, promoting the knee joint function returned to normal, than pure drug therapy, more practical, economic and effective and should be further popularization in clinical.
