摘要
目的 探讨下肢严重烧伤患者增强日常生活活动锻炼促进康复的疗效及对患者QOL评分的影响.方法 选取2013年12月—2018年12月该院收治的下肢严重烧伤患者50例, 随机分为两组, 对照组应用常规康复护理方法, 研究组在对照组的基础上实施日常生活活动锻炼的综合性康复护理措施.对比两组患者的生存质量 (qualityoflife, QOL) 评分.结果 研究组QOL评分优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论 下肢严重烧伤患者康复治疗过程中, 日常生活活动锻炼的综合性康复护理效果理想, 能够改善患者躯体功能、社会功能、身体健康水平、患者心理健康水平, 降低患者躯体疼痛感, 临床上应推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of enhancing daily life activities and exercise on rehabilitation of patients with severe lower limb burns and its effect on QOL score. Methods 50 patients with severe lower limb burns admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was applied with conventional rehabilitation nursing methods, and the study group implemented comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures of daily life activities and exercises on the basis of the control group. Qualityoflife (QOL) scores were compared between the two groups. Results QOL score of the study group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with severe lower limb burns, the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing effect of daily life activities and exercises is ideal, which can improve the patients' physical function, social function, physical health and mental health, and reduce the patients' physical pain.
