The Efficacy of Enhancing Daily Life Activities and Exercise to Promote Rehabilitation in Patients with Severe Lower Limb Burns and Its Influence on QOL Score of Patients
Objective To investigate the effect of enhancing daily life activities and exercise on rehabilitation of patients with severe lower limb burns and its effect on QOL score. Methods 50 patients with severe lower limb burns admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was applied with conventional rehabilitation nursing methods, and the study group implemented comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures of daily life activities and exercises on the basis of the control group. Qualityoflife (QOL) scores were compared between the two groups. Results QOL score of the study group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with severe lower limb burns, the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing effect of daily life activities and exercises is ideal, which can improve the patients' physical function, social function, physical health and mental health, and reduce the patients' physical pain.
