Clinical Study on TCM Assisted Interventional Therapy for Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of TCM assisted interventional therapy in patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis. Methods 58 patients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to October 2018 were selected as research objects, and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, 29 patients in each general group and research group.Patients in the general group received conventional interventional therapy, while patients in the study group received interventional therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine adjuvant therapy, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the study group receiving interventional therapy combined with TCM adjuvant therapy was significantly higher than that of the general group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The lower limb blood flow in the study group was significantly higher than that in the general group after treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The selection of TCM assisted interventional therapy for lower extremity venous thrombosis has a significant effect on improving the efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
