Influencing Factors of Deep Vein Thrombosis in Lower Extremities
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of deep vein thrombosis in lower extremities. Methods From January to October 2018, 80 cases of patients received surgical treatment after trauma in our hospital were studied. 40 patients with deep venous thrombosis were treated as observation group, 40 patients without deep venous thrombosis were treated as control group. The causes of deep venous thrombosis were observed and compared. Results Through univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis, it was found that age, history of diabetes mellitus and past history of thrombosis were the main factors leading to deep venous thrombosis. Conclusion For traumatic patients undergoing surgical treatment, the main causes of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities after operation are age, diabetes mellitus and thrombosis history. Monitoring should be strengthened and ankle pump exercises should be carried out to actively treat basic diseases.
