Prevention and Nursing Intervention of Postoperative Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis in Elderly Patients with Urology
Objective To explore the clinical value of strengthening nursing intervention in preventing postoperative deep venous thrombosis of elderly patients with urology. Methods A total of 116 elderly patients admitted to our hospital from January to September 1818, 2017 were enrolled in the observation group (enhanced nursing intervention) and the control group (conventional care) according to the randomized grouping method. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of deep venous thrombosis (22.41%) was lower in the observation group (8.62%) (P<0.05). Compared with the control satisfaction (81.03%) in the control group, observation The patient satisfaction rate (94.83%) was higher in the group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention in elderly patients with urology can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities and improve the satisfaction of nursing, which can be actively popularized.
