Nursing Strategies for Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs During Pregnancy and Puerperium
Objective To explore the nursing strategies for deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs during pregnancy and puerperium. Methods One hundred patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity during pregnancy and puerperium were selected. The patients were randomly divided into groups according to the random number table method from October 2017 to October 2018. The control group (n=50) received routine care. =50) Strengthen nursing interventions to analyze care satisfaction, cure time, quality of life scores, and incidence of acute pulmonary embolism. Results The nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The cure time and the incidence of acute pulmonary embolism were significantly lower than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of strengthening nursing intervention on patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs during pregnancy and puerperium is better, which can effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing and quality of life and reduce the incidence of acute pulmonary embolism.
