The Effect of Interventional Nursing in Operating Room to Prevent Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs after Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective To study the nursing effect of interventional nursing in operating room for preventing venous thrombosis of lower limbs in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly selected as the study subjects, and divided into the experimental group and the conventional group according to whether or not they adopted the intervention nursing measures in the operating room.Patients in the conventional group received ordinary operating room nursing measures, and patients in the experimental group received interventional operating room nursing measures, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis after laparoscopic surgery in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, while the blood flow rate was higher than that in the conventional group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the patients in the experimental group received nursing care, the nursing evaluation score of department staff was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of interventional nursing measures in the operating room for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can increase and improve the safety of patients during their hospitalization, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
