Effect of Perinatal Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Limbs in Cesarean Section
Objective To study the effect of perinatal nursing intervention on prevention of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs in cesarean section. Methods 80 cases of cesarean section patients from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given perinatal nursing. The value of perinatal nursing intervention was analyzed, and the satisfaction of the two groups and the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities were compared. Birth. Results There were 2 cases of deep venous thrombosis in the observation group (5.0%) and 6 cases of deep venous thrombosis in the control group (15.0%). The difference was significant (χ2=4.655, P<0.05). Conclusion Perinatal nursing intervention for patients undergoing cesarean section can reduce deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities and enhance satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion in future nursing.
