Clinical Characteristics, Prognosis and Influencing Factors of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs in Perinatal Pregnant Women
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics, prognosis and influencing factors of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in lower limbs of pregnant and parturient women. Methods 54 cases of perinatal pregnant women with deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremity were randomly selected from September 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital as the research object, to understand the clinical characteristics of pregnant women, to implement routine and anticoagulant treatment for them, and to analyze the final therapeutic effect. Results Maternal in the perinatal period of 54 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in puerperium occupy 92.59%, pregnancy accounted for 7.41%, significantly higher than the proportion of occurrence of pregnancy in puerperium, statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Perinatal pregnant women are more likely to have deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs in the puerperium, and the probability of deep vein thrombosis of the left lower limb is greater than that of the right lower limb, so the effect of conventional therapy and anticoagulation is more significant. This method has a very important influence on the development of clinical medicine, and has great value in clinical application.
