Prevention and Nursing Care of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity in Perioperative Period of Patients Undergoing Gastrointestinal Surgery
Objective To study the nursing measures of perioperative prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery, in order to provide reference for clinical nursing work. Methods Selected from May 2017 to October 2018 in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery major surgery need as the research object, from which a random sample of 76 cases were divided into two groups at random, the experimental group take personalized nursing measures for the management, quality control group used the conventional nursing measures for the management, compared to two groups of patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis prevention effectiveness and quality of life scores. Results The effective rate of DVT prevention in the experimental group (97.37%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (84.21%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The life quality score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized high-quality nursing services are provided to patients undergoing major gastrointestinal surgery, which greatly improves the quality of life of patients and is worthy of large-scale promotion.
