Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound in Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis in Elderly Patients
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of venous diseases of lower limbs in elderly patients with deep venous thrombosis. Methods From May 2018 to January 2019, 66 cases of patients with deep venous thrombosis (patient group) and 66 cases of physical examination (healthy group) in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The subjects in the two groups were instructed to receive ultrasound examination of lower limb vessels + surgical intervention (patient group only), and the ultrasound examination data of the subjects in the two groups were recorded and compared. Results Compared with the healthy group, the lower extremity venous blood vessel test index value of the patient group was significantly different (P<0.05). All patients were diagnosed with the disease, which was consistent with the interventional results. Conclusion During the clinical examination and diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in elderly patients, the accuracy of ultrasonography in diagnosis is high, which can provide accurate basis for doctors to make disease intervention plan in time.
