Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Traumatic Acute Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs
Objective To explore the clinical effect of diagnosis of traumatic acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity (DVT) by color Doppler ultrasound (CDFI). Methods From January 2016 to December 2018, 200 patients were selected to study the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in our hospital. After the initial diagnosis of DVT, all the patients were instructed to undergo X-ray angiography and CDFI examination of lower extremity vein vessels. The patients were analyzed with angiogram. Results Referring to the results of angiography, all the 200 patients were diagnosed by CDFI DVT, and the diagnostic rate was consistent with the results of angiography, and the data were not bad. There was no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion During the period of clinical diagnosis of traumatic acute lower limb DVT, the diagnostic value of CDFI examination is high, the resolution of the imaging image is high and the image is clear and intuitive after the diagnosis of DVT. It can be used in clinical diagnosis as an important method of DVT diagnosis.
