Application of Nursing Intervention Combined with Routine Nursing in Patients with Schizophrenia Complicated with Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity and its Influence on Prognosis
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention combined with routine nursing in patients with schizophrenia complicated with venous thrombosis of lower extremity, and to analyze the prognosis of the patients.Methods From June 2017 to July 2018, 70 patients with schizophrenia complicated with venous thrombosis of lower extremity were selected and divided into observation group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases) according to the method of computer generated random number. Two groups of patients were given routine nursing measures, on the basis of observation group patients nursing intervention. To compare the prognosis of the two groups after 3 months of treatment with different nursing measures. Results the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was as follows:The total effective rate of 91.43 was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention combined with routine nursing measures in patients with schizophrenia complicated with venous thrombosis of lower extremity can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve the prognosis of the patients.
