Objective To compare the clinical effects of catheter thrombolysis and surgical thrombectomy for deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods Sixty patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity who underwent thrombolytic therapy in our hospital were enrolled. The data of the case data were distributed from July 2016 to October2017. According to the study, the hospitalized single and double numbers were divided into study groups and Control group. Thirty patients in the control group were treated with catheter thrombolysis, and 30 patients in the study group were treated with surgical thrombectomy. The efficacy of the two treatment methods was compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P>0.05), but the long-term efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term curative effect of surgical thrombectomy for deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity is good, but the operation is traumatic. Therefore, the surgical plan should be selected reasonably.
