Objective To analyze and evaluate the nursing effect of pregnant women with lower extremity venous thrombosis. Methods 48 pregnant and lying-in women with lower extremity venous thrombosis who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects. All of them were given comprehensive nursing intervention methods, and the effect of nursing intervention program was further analyzed and evaluated. Results1.As for SAS and SDS scores, the scores after nursing and before nursing were significantly lower, and the data before and after nursing had statistical significance (P<0.05). 2.In terms of nursing satisfaction, 39 cases were satisfied, 7 cases were basically satisfied and 2 cases were unsatisfactory. The total satisfaction rate was 95.83%. Conclusion In clinical practice, comprehensive nursing intervention for pregnant women with lower extremity venous thrombosis has a significant effect, which can improve the psychological status of pregnant women, improve their satisfaction with nursing services, and further achieve the goal of improving the quality of life; therefore, it has the value of promotion and application.
