摘要
目的 分析优质预防护理对神经外科危重病患者下肢静脉血栓发生进行预防的效果.方法 选择该院中2017年11月—2018年5月间收治的神经外科危重病患者的临床资料进行分析, 随机挑选出70例进行该次实验, 并采用拈纸团方式分组, 单数为实验组, 偶数为对照组, 每组35例患者.对实验组患者在常规护理的同时实施优质预防护理, 对照组患者仅实施常规护理.根据两组患者下肢静脉血栓发生率和护理满意度进行对比.结果 该次研究成果显示, 对比两组患者的护理满意度, 实验组明显更优, 同时实验组无1例下肢静脉血栓, 对照组出现5例, 两组对比差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论 通过实施不同的护理方案发现, 将优质预防护理应用于神经外科危重病患者的护理中效果显著, 能有效防止下肢静脉血栓的发生, 同时还能提高护理满意度, 建立良好的护患关系, 值得在临床上大力推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality preventive nursing on venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients with critical neurosurgery. Methods The clinical data of critically ill neurosurgical patients admitted in our hospital from November 2017 to May 2018 were analyzed. 70 cases were randomly selected for the experiment. Even number was the control group, 35 patients in each group. The patients in the experimental group were given quality preventive nursing while the patients in the control group were only given routine nursing. The incidence of venous thrombosis and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The results of this study showed that the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was significantly better than that of the two groups, while there was no venous thrombosis in the lower extremity in the experimental group and 5 cases in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant. There was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Through the implementation of different nursing schemes, it is found that the application of high quality preventive nursing in the nursing care of critically ill patients in neurosurgery is effective in preventing the occurrence of venous thrombosis in the lower extremities, and in improving the satisfaction with nursing at the same time. Establishing good nursing-patient relationship is worth popularizing in clinic.
