Analysis of Risk Factors for Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity before Hip Fracture
Objective To analyze the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities before hip fracture. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with hip fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were analyzed. The patients were divided into the lower extremity DVT group and the non-DVT group, 40 cases each. The preoperative venography results were used to obtain the preoperative rate of deep venous thrombosis (DVT). Singlefactor and multi-factor analysis were performed to determine the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities before hip fracture. Results By single factor analysis, the time of injury from the DVT group was significantly lower than that in the DVT group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); After the corresponding adjustment by Logistic regression analysis, the femoral trochanteric fracture and the time of injury from the angiography were the factors of venous thrombosis of the lower extremity. Conclusion The preoperative lower extremity DVT has a higher incidence in hip patients. Therefore, patients with femoral trochanteric fractures and longer waiting time after injury should pay attention to the presence of preoperative lower extremity DVT.
