三七粉联合低分子量肝素钙预防下肢静脉曲张术后深静脉血栓形成疗效探讨

摘要
目的 分析评价三七粉联合低分子量肝素钙预防下肢静脉曲张术后深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效.方法 该次采取随机数字分组法, 将该院于2017年2月—2018年2月收治的80例下肢静脉曲张手术患者分成2组, 其中对照组40例单用低分子量肝素钙治疗, 观察组40例采取三七粉联合低分子量肝素钙治疗, 进一步比较两组治疗效果.结果 (1) 在D-二聚体 (D-D) 、纤维蛋白原 (FIB) 水平、凝血酶原时间 (PT) 以及部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT) 四项指标方面, 术前两组比较均差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05);经积极治疗术后1周后, 上述四项指标观察组均明显优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) . (2) 在术后深静脉血栓发生率上, 观察组为5.00％, 与对照组的22.50％比较明显更低, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论 三七粉联合低分子量肝素钙在预防下肢静脉曲张术后深静脉血栓形成方面效果显著, 因此值得采纳及使用.
Abstract
Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Panax Notoginseng powder combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in preventing deep vein thrombosis after varicose veins surgery in lower extremities.Methods Eighty patients with varicose veins of lower extremities who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into two groups. 40 patients in the control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium alone, and 40 patients in the observation group were treated with Notoginseng Powder Combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were further compared. Results 1.There was no significant difference in the levels of D-dimer (D-D), fibrinogen (FIB), prothrombin time (PT) and partial thromboplastin time (APTT) between the two groups before operation, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);one week after active treatment, the four indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). 2.The incidence of deep venous thrombosis was 5.00％in the observation group and 22.50％ in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Panax Notoginseng Powder Combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium is effective in preventing deep venous thrombosis after varicose veins surgery of lower extremities, so it is worth adopting and using.
