Analysis of Preventive Nursing of Foot Pressure Sore in Patients with ICU
Objective To analyze the nursing measures and nursing effects of foot pressure sore prevention in ICU patients. Methods Seventy patients admitted to the ICU from January 2017 to December 1818 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. The pre-existing pressure ulcer care group was used to compare the occurrence of foot pressure sores and the nursing effects. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 5.71% (2/35), which was significantly belower than that in the control group 22.86% (8/35), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than 97.14% (34/35). The control group was 82.86% (29/35), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive pressure ulcer care can strengthen the position, skin, environment, health and other nursing management according to the disease characteristics of ICU patients, which can significantly reduce the occurrence of foot pressure sores and improve nursing comfort and satisfaction.
