Nursing Intervention on Diabetic Foot Ulcer with Depression in Patients with Mood Disorders and Ulcer Healing
Objective Nursing intervention was carried out in diabetic foot ulcer patients with depression.Methods 122 diabetic foot ulcer patients with depression admitted to our hospital between August 2016 and October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. General nursing methods were given to patients in the control group, comprehensive nursing intervention measures were given to patients in the observation group, and nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The ulcer healing time in the control group was significantly longer than that in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group (P<0.05). After the nursing, the scores of patients in both groups were reduced, and the negative emotion scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing of patients with diabetic foot ulcer complicated with depression can effectively improve the mood disorder of patient.
