Application of Quality Control Circle in the Nursing of Femoral Neck Fracture in Patients with Alzheimer's Disease
Objective In the senile dementia patient femoral neck fracture nursing should use the tube circle, and analyzes its application effect. Methods 148 patients with femoral neck fracture of alzheimer's disease admitted to our hospital between March 2016 and June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the reference group were given general nursing, and the patients in the research group were given quality control circle activities on general nursing, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared and evaluated. Results After the activity, the comfort score of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the pain score was lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of patients with femoral neck fracture of alzheimer's disease, improve the patient's satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
