Analysis of Factors Affecting the Foot Skin Injury of Operating Room Nurses and Protective Measures
Objective To study the factors affecting the foot skin injury of operating room nurses, and to formulate relevant protective strategies. Methods 58 operating room nurses in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects, and divided into management group and general group according to whether there are protective management measures.Protective management measures were applied in the work of operating room nurses in the management group, and conventional management methods were applied in the work of operating room nurses in the general group. Results The foot skin injury of nurses in the management group was significantly better than that of nurses in the general group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction score of nurses in the management group was significantly higher than that of the general group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Taking protective management measures in advance in the daily work of operating room nurses can effectively reduce the occurrence rate of foot skin injury of nurses, which is conducive to the full devotion of nurses to their work.
