Clinical Evaluation of Sulfadiazine Silver Cream Combined with Metallopeptide in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcer
Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of sulfadiazine silver cream combined with metallopeptide in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer. Methods Ninety patients with diabetic foot ulcer admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly and blindly divided into two groups, with an average of 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine methods, while the patients in the observation group were treated with silver sulfadiazine cream combined with chlorhexidine, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56% and that of the control group was75.56%. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer, the combination of silver sulfadiazine cream and metalloprotein has a significant effect, so it has the clinical significance of promotion and application.
