Clinical Observation of Xueshuantong Combined with Buflomedil in the Treatment of 48 Cases of Diabetic Foot
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xueshuantong combined with buflomedil in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods Seventy patients with diabetic foot who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were divided into two groups, with an average of 36 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine methods, while the patients in the observation group were treated with Xueshuantong and Buflomedil on the basis of routine treatment. Results 1.The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14％, which was significantly high er than 68.57％ of the control group (P<0.05). 2.The levels of serum homocysteine (Hcy) and vitamin B12 (VB12) matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-9) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetic foot, the treatment of Xueshuantong combined with buflomedil has remarkable curative effect, can improve the clinical indicators and improve the clinical efficacy; therefore, it has the value of promotion and use.
