Clinical Analysis of 90 Cases of Knee Degenerative Diseases Treated by Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of knee degenerative diseases. Methods 90 patients with degenerative knee disease who received outpatient treatment and inpatient treatment in the second people's hospital of yutai county from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine bushen jiangu decoction on this basis. Results After follow-up, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of knee degenerative diseases is exact, and the effect is more lasting. has a broad clinical application prospect.
