Nursing Care of Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity Treated by Intracavitary Laser Electrocoagulation
Objective To explore the effect of nursing cooperation in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity by intracavitary laser electrotherapy. Methods From August 2016 to December 2018, 68 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity who were treated with intracavitary laser electrocoagulation were selected. According to the time of admission, the patients were divided into two groups: control group (n=34) and experimental group (n=34). The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing program, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with high quality nursing on this basis, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Experiment The results showed that the incidence of postoperative complications was 5.88% (2/34) in the experimental group and 26.47% (9/34) in the control group (P<0.05). The operation time, postoperative scar size and visual satisfaction score of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with varicose veins of lower extremity, the application of high quality nursing program can effectively ensure the smooth development of the operation, shorten the operation time, and further improve the operation of patients. The incidence of post-complication has high application value and is worth popularizing.
