Objective to Explore the Clinical Effect of Open Needle-hole Nursing and Closed Needle-hole Nursing in Patients with Lower Limb Bone Traction
Objective To analyze the effect of open needle-hole nursing and closed needle-hole nursing in patients with lower limb bone traction. Methods 82 cases of lower limb bone traction patients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of random distribution, namely, the control group and the research group. The control group adopted open needle-hole nursing, and the research group adopted closed needle-hole nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=8.613, P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.513, P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with lower limb bone traction, the effect of closed needle-hole nursing is significantly better than that of open needle-hole nursing, and the satisfaction of patients after nursing is very high, which is worth further promotion and use.
