The Effect of Perinatal Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity in Utero Planation
Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing intervention in the prevention of lower limb venous thrombosis in the perinatal period of cesarean section patients. Methods A total of 72 women who received cesarean section in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected as the research objects. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into management group and reference group. The reference group adopted the general nursing mode, and the management group adopted the high-quality nursing intervention mode, and compared the success rate of preventing lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and the quality of life during hospitalization between the two groups. Results The success rate of prevention in the management group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference in proportion between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the quality of life assessment of patients in the two groups, it was found that the quality of life scores of patients in the management group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference in scores between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the perinatal period of patients with cesarean section, the adoption of high-quality nursing intervention strategy can fully protect the quality of life of the mother, which is worth promoting widely.
