Preventive Nursing of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity in Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumor Surgery
Objective To explore the nursing strategies of patients with gastrointestinal cancer after surgical operation to prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities, in order to provide a basis for clinical nursing. Methods A total of110 patients with gastrointestinal tumors admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects. All patients were hospitalized for surgery from June 2017 to October 2018.All patients were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, the general nursing mode was adopted during the perioperative period. The patients in the study group were selected with high-quality preventive nursing mode during the perioperative period to compare the effects of the two groups. Results The proportion of lower extremity venous thrombosis in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The patients in the study group scored significantly higher on the nursing work provided by the departmental nursing staff than the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with gastrointestinal tumors requiring surgery to introduce quality preventive care procedures in their perioperative care work will greatly improve the patient's prognosis and are worthy of implementation.
