The Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot bath in the Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods From December 2014 to December 2018, a total of 59 children with pediatric diarrhea admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. the control group were given western medicine supportive treatment, while those in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of conventional supportive treatment. Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group. The total effective rate of the control group was 69.0%, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in the treatment of infantile diarrhea, to a large extent, to solve the problem of children taking medicine, and reliable efficacy, safety, shorten the course of disease, has a broad prospect of application.
