Objective To observe the application value of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training in cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Methods 88 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia received in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The study group (n=44) was treated with acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training, and the control group (n=44) was treated with rehabilitation training. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed, and the NIHSS scores of each group were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.73%, which was higher than that of the control group (81.82%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Research The NIHSS score of the group after treatment was (10.46±4.03) points, lower than that of the control group (15.71±3.48) points, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
