Analysis of the Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Alprostadil Injection in the Treatment of Diabetic foot
Objective To study the effect of treatment with alprostadil in diabetic foot patients. Methods One hundred patients with diabetic foot in our hospital (from March 2016 to March 2018) were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). In the control group, safflower yellow pigment was intravenously administered, and the patients in the observation group were intravenously injected with alprostadil. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.00%, the difference was significant, P<0.05). By comparing the blood supply of the lower limbs before and after treatment, the blood supply of the lower limbs before treatment was compared between the two groups. The difference was not significant (t=0.281, P>0.05). The blood supply of the lower limbs of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference was significant (t=13.298, P<0.05). Conclusion The use of alprostadil in patients with diabetic foot has a good therapeutic effect.
