Analysis and Nursing Care of Related Factors of Lower Limb Fracture Complicated with Deep Venous Thrombosis
Objective To explore the main factors of lower limb fracture complicated with deep vein thrombosis and related nursing measures. Methods The condition and contents of 31 cases of lower limb fracture complicated with deep vein thrombosis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed, and the factors causing venous thrombosis were analyzed in detail, and the quality of life scores of the patients before and after nursing were compared. Results The main factor causing deep vein thrombosis in patients with lower limb fracture is poor rehabilitation exercise. After the implementation of nursing intervention, the patients' quality of life score was significantly higher than that before and after nursing, and the difference in scores before and after nursing was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Poor rehabilitation exercise, fracture site and too high age may lead to deep vein thrombosis in patients with lower limb fracture. Appropriate targeted nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing and promote the disease recovery of patients.
