Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Simple Lower Extremity Variceal Surgery
Objective To analyze the application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with simple lower extremity varice surgery. Methods Sixty patients with deep varicose veins of lower extremity were enrolled in our hospital (from January2017 to March 2018). They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 30 cases each.The traditional nursing care of the control group; the clinical nursing pathway nursing of the experimental group, statistics and comparison of the hospitalization time, prognosis recovery time, drug cost and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups of patients in different hospitals during the course of consultation. Results The hospitalization time and prognosis recovery time of the experimental group were shorter than that of the control group. The drug cost was lower than that of the control group, and the patients were surveyed after the patient was discharged from the hospital. The patient satisfaction with the nursing work: the patient group was satisfied with the satisfactory condition. In the control group, the difference was significant (P< 0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway has effective nursing effect on patients with simple lower extremity varicose vein surgery, shortening the hospital stay and enhancing the patient's satisfaction with nursing work.
