Influential Factors of Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage and Nursing Experience
Objective To explore the influencing factors and nursing experience of postoperative deep venous thrombosis in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The data of patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated by surgery in our hospital (from Nevember 2017 to Nevember 2017) were analyzed. The database was established by epidata. The previous history, gender, age, femoral vein catheterization, limb paralysis, mannitol application and venous thrombosis were analyzed. Factors affecting the formation of LEDVT. Results The incidence of LEDVT was 17.74%. The incidence of age, diabetes history, limb paralysis, venous catheter position, and dehydration medication use were statistically significant (P <0.05). Multivariate logistic analysis showed that age, history of diabetes, limb paralysis, venous catheterization, and the number of dehydration medications were positively correlated with the occurrence of LEDVT, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Patients with postoperative cerebral thrombosis should pay attention to their medical history, hernia, and catheterization. They should pay close attention to physical signs during the nursing process, and strengthen mission and limb function training to reduce the risk of LEDVT.
