Clinical Analysis and Treatment of Cerebral Infarction Complicated with Venous Thrombosis
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment of patients with cerebral infarction complicated with lower extremity venous thrombosis. Methods Sixty-six patients with cerebral infarction complicated with lower extremity venous thrombosis were enrolled in our hospital (from May 2017 to December 2018). Low molecular weight heparin was combined with warfarin to observe the therapeutic effect and satisfaction rate. Results Of the 66 patients, 52 were cured, 12 were effective, and 2 were ineffective. The patient's satisfaction rate with treatment was 95.45% (63/66), and no adverse reactions occurred in the patients. Conclusion From this we can know that the administration of low molecular weight heparin combined with warfarin in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with lower extremity venous thrombosis can significantly improve the clinical effect of patients and enhance the satisfaction rate of patients.
