Clinical Study on Comprehensive Treatment of Varicose Veins of Lower Extremities
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of surgical treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities. Methods100 patients from June 2017 to May 2018 in our hospital with varicose veins of lower extremity were randomly divided into group A (giving high saphenous vein ligation and stripping + varicose vein stripping), group B (intraluminal laser combined with minimally invasive surgery), 50 cases/group. The two groups of surgical related indicators and complications were compared. Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss, length of incision, VSA score, pain duration, bed rest time, recovery time of limb function, and total complication rate in group B were better than those in group A, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Surgical comprehensive treatment is effective in varicose veins of lower extremities, and intracavitary laser combined with minimally invasive surgery has the advantages of less bleeding, duration of pain and shorter bedtime than high saphenous vein ligation and stripping plus varicose vein stripping. The treatment effect is more significant and can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
