The article is based on digital twin technology and studies the concept,characteristics,structure,performance optimization,and experimental results of an industrial robot motion simulation system.Conceptually,the meaning of digital twin technology was defined and its implementation principles were explained;In terms of characteristics,the characteristics of industrial robots and the application of digital twin technology in the field of industrial robots were analyzed;In terms of structure,the structure of an industrial robot motion simulation system based on digital twin technology was proposed,and the functions of each module were introduced in detail;In terms of performance optimization,several commonly used optimization methods were introduced;In terms of experiments,a series of real robot motion simulation experiments were conducted,and the experimental results were analyzed to verify the reliability and availability of the system.
