Aiming at how to build a high-level provincial education data center and how to enable the implementation of the"three high and four new"strategy,this paper proposes three principles,namely,business driven,Loose coupling and data reuse,to give play to the value of data and promote innovation output.On the implementation level,the provincial education data center takes the data center as the core,integrates various education data,revitalizes education data assets with data governance as the focus,and nourishes business innovation with data services as the soil,so as to establish a safe,efficient,stable and open provincial education Big data center,enable education business,and drive innovation.
