With the rapid development of the digital economy,the digital transformation of enterprises has become a key issue in the current business field.The article systematically analyzes the digital transformation issues of enterprises in the context of the digital economy,including the definition of digital transformation,the challenges faced by enterprises in the context of the digital economy,and strategies and methods to solve these problems.The research results indicate that in the context of the digital economy,enterprises are facing many problems in digital transformation,including technical issues,organizational issues,and personnel issues.In response to these issues,enterprises can adopt effective strategies and measures to promote the smooth progress of digital transformation.
