Through a systematic analysis of the new digital regulatory platform for tobacco monopoly,including the construction needs,ideas,key technologies,and current issues of the digital regulatory platform,we aim to deepen the understanding of regulatory authorities on the regulatory platform and build a complete and efficient new regulatory system relying on the digital regulatory platform.And based on the current problems in tobacco monopoly supervision,taking problem-solving as an innovative approach,targeted practical application strategies for digital supervision platforms are proposed.
