Overview of the Strategic Development Plan of the Russian Federation in the Field of Communications for 2035
The Russian Federation has officially signed and released the"Strategy for the development of the communications industry in the Russian Federation for 2024-2035"in November 2023,which specifies the main directions for the development of the communications industry in Russia.Timely tracking and understanding of new trends and strategies in the development of the communications sector in neighboring Russia is instructive for China to face the risks and challenges in the current international society.This paper focuses on the overview of the Strategy and its proposed two major goals and key tasks to be achieved in the Russian communications sector by 2035,which are of great significance and reference value for the development of China's communications sector.
